White Chocolate with Hawaiian Ginger

Grilled Ginger Ahi : Combine 1/4 cup of white chocolate with Hawaiian ginger sauce with 1/4 cup of soy sauce. Add your favorite heat. (I like chili pepper oil and cayenne pepper) Marinate one pound of Ahi cut into large cubes for at least 2 hours. (overnight if can)

Put Ahi on skewers with Maui onions, bell pepper, mushrooms and pineapple.

Barely Grill and eat!
